Monte Carvoeiro has been designed in the style of a typical southern Moorish village. An attractive and peaceful square with a fountain* surrounded by a choice of restaurants, serves as the focal point of the resort development. The holiday resort enjoys a picturesque location with panoramic sea views and is only a short walk from Carvoeiro village.
The holiday accommodation comprises 66 apartments, townhouses and villas. Of these, 19 one-bedroom apartments and 20 two-bedroom townhouses are in a timeshare ownership scheme. The remaining properties are privately owned and every now and then some units come onto the real estate market. Resort facilities include two freshwater heated swimming pools, a supermarket, snack-bar, and a medical clinic. Guests can enjoy discounts at the nearby Carvoeiro (Pestana) Golf & Resort which has 2 excellent courses and the renowned David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis and the fitness centre are a short distance away. Visitors have access to several fine beaches nearby.
The Monte Carvoeiro reception, catering to all your needs, is located in the square of Monte Carvoeiro near to the supermarket. Next door to the reception, you will find the Quinta da Palmeira real estate office.
